Hello all!

The subject is that I was trying to do alignment when the needle touch the segment. I panicked and I pressed accept align.

The result is that I can not do alignment again and the chromeleon audit shows that : Alignment position not precise. Continue calibration.

I tried to continue but it does't let me.

Do you know how I can restore the settings,please?

I took a photo with all the x and y values before start the alignment procedure.

please, I have the same problem, do you know how to fix this?

Autosampler is in alarm because "alignment position not precise. Continue calibration".. But he doesnt let me do it. Only self-test and every time is end with this alert.

Any ideas?
