Hello

I have question, can I change mobile phase flow rate eg. from 0,800 ml/min to 0,700 ml/min? will this change be affected by the calculation of the concentration? My calibration curve was provide on 0,800 ml/min.

Thanks
You can certainly the flow rate but you WILL have to rerun the calibration at the new flow. Remember that peak area is determined by response multiplied by residence time in the detector cell.

Thank you,

OK, I prepare new calibration curve .

I wish you all the best in New Year
You can run a standard (made in your lab) or CRM with a flow of 0.7ml/min, and keep the calibration curve with a flow of 0.8 ml/min, and you can see how much it affects the concentration.
It would be best for each flow to have a calibration curve.
