PROBLEM IN ICS 5000: CATION channel was working normal, initially started the pump flow variations, then it started giving error message "Cd capilliary flow rate 0.1ml or less" and not allowing to increase the flow above 0.1ml. ANION channel is ok and not restricting the flows, However if i removes the Dc module, then allowing the Pump module to increase the flow. I did not changed DC configurations and the changes happening its own... what could be the reason for these automatic changes
Is the conductivity detector a capillary verson? Standard conductivity detectors have little metal pins to support a suppressor. The capillary flow ones lack the pins. It may be recognizing the lower flow capillary version and thus preventing faster flows.
