I use Cation Chemically Regenerated Suppressor for IC. After 3 months use the separation was unacceptable
( no resolution between Li, Na and K). When the old CCRS was changed by the new, good resolution was observed. Why?
Are you saying your suppressor was new and then after 3 months the peaks ran together?

Was anything else changed when you replaced the suppressor? (flow rate, current, etc)
No. Nothing changed.
I have had this issue a couple of times with Dionex suppressors. My peers told me that they have had a similar issue (lasts about 3-4 months) and that there is an older part available that does not have this issue. You might try calling your local representative, not the support line. They might be able to provide any alternative part for your use.
