Dionex ICS 3000 (w/EGCIII KOH) - no eluted peaks

After requesting PM from a Dionex accredited distributor, they tried validating the system with prepared standards but no eluted peaks showed in the chromatogram. They recommended change of EGC III since it expired last April 2016.

I checked the system myself for presence of KOH in the system. I let it flow at 3mM KOH nad the eluent out of suppressor line before Conductivity Detector is basic. Next, turned off EGC then tested same spot, eluent is not anymore basic.

I think they had the wrong assessment that the EGC system is not anymore working.

With the normal method, I ran 1ppm mixed anion standard but the there was still no peaks in the chromatogram. Baseline is less than 1. Chromatogram of the 1ppm is just purely baseline.

Could there be any further troubleshooting activities to be done to isolate the real root cause of the non elution of peaks in the system? Thanks.
possible issues:
open purge valve during run
inj valve not switching-sample going to waste
Crimped transfer line, wrong calibration transfer line value
Syringe line is dry
