No Pressure on ICS-3000 DP Pump (Transducer Problem?)

Hi,

I run the Dionex ICS-3000 DP pump and eluent comes out but I see no pressure on the display. If I then connect the line to a column the flow rate is much reduced but there is still no pressure. Eventually the pump turns off automatically as the pressure is too low. Is it some kind of transducer problem? I have tried with two different pump heads each having its own transducer.

I would really appreciate any suggestions on this!

Thanks
If the flow is reduced and the pump runs into an emergacy stop due to low pressure eventually, the trancducer might be OK. But may be the check valves are not. Clen them according to the manufacturers procedure or replace them.
