We are using a Dionex ICS-3000 system with dual pumps for anion and cation analysis by conductivity detectors. Recently we replaced a new cation suppressor (AERS500) and then found that the baseline is as below,

It's very consistent that pulsations appear at approx. 70-min interval and each pulsation lasts for around 20 min.
At first we suspected that it is due to the new suppressor, so we replaced it with a CSRS300 which is working perfectly on another IC system. The problem persists. It could rule out the suppressor problem. The pressure has been monitored and it appears to be very stable.
Any advices/suggestions are highly appreciated!
