Hello:

I am trying to find out what causes suppressor to leak and if there is any way to fix them. Are there any signs to indicate suppressor is going bad? We are using the Dionex system.

Thank you very much for your help.
As far As I know their suppressors, ther is no way to fix leaking suppressors.

The major of leaking suppressor is incorrect back pressure tubings on the suppressor. If you are lucky, at times, a leaking suppressor will heal itself if allowed to sit for a 1-2 weeks. If it leaks again, the suppressor needs to be replaced and ensure correct back-pressure on it.
