Also, we’re currently using a gradient for an amines cation analysis (using MSA and an eluent generator). We also use a gradient pump to combine to mobile phases for an azoles (TTA, BZT) analysis. If we go with Metrohm, they’ll create isocratic methods for us, but we’d like to know what our future options will be if we end up needing gradient after all. We’d like feedback from any Metrohm users who've run gradient methods using the Dosino or a second pump and how that worked out for them. Will we be limited by Metrohm technology options?
We also use the electrochemical/amperometric detector for glycol analysis. If anyone has experience with the electrochemical detectors in the new Metrohm or Thermo systems, please give us some feedback.
Any feedback would be a great help, especially from users instead of vendor representatives. Thanks!
