Hi all.

We purchased a new Thermo IC Integrion 2 months ago and we are having serious hiccups in setting up and running.
First, we have been having persistent comm issues, where the instrument would time its self out, and stop mid run among other issues.
This may have something o do with Windows 10.
More importantly, we are having very erratic standard response recoveries. Curves look OK, but when running standards afterward, (Fluoride, NO2 and NO3) always come back low. We have tried different sources etc..
We are still trying to establish MDL's and cannot get past this stage.
I was wondering if anyone else has had these issues if they have set up and Integrion?
We are using a 8um gradient column AS 19.
Thank you!
1.Disable the c state in bios menu. (Google search) Win 10 uses it to conserve power but since this system uses USB coms, it is putting the usb ports to sleep
2.Change win 10 power settings to never sleep
3. Plug hardware into non usb 3.0 ports (not the blue ones)

Low area counts can be rotor seal issue (sonicate in water for 10 min) or sampler inj issue. What type of sampler?
Hi! Thanks first of all. You never know if someone is reading these.
We have a AS-DV autosampler. In the troubleshooting we have been doings (still setting instrument up), looks like, maybe we are having equilibration issues before we run. Also, the carbonate removal device may be another factor.

The comm issues seem to be gone (had the whole PC replaced) but, just this week, settings (never sleep, c state etc ) were turned ON. I checked the PC< windows updates and they are all turned off.
I feel like we have a ghost living inside our system.
