Hello,

We have a Dionex ICS-2100 IC system (with a EGC III KOH eluent cartridge). Recently an error has come up when we start an injection, it says "EGC-1 over voltage" and kills the run. We have tried switching to the EGC-2 data channel but the issue is the same. At the suggestion of tech support, we replaced the EGC electronic board, and it ran fine for 9 injections, but then when I tried an injection in a different sequence, the issue came back. We have tried shaking/tapping the cartridge to loosen air bubbles as the manual suggests, but no change. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on? Thanks in advance.
