Hi!
Recently our instrument have not been able to pass our check system test. It is a agilent ESI-L low low concentrion tuning mix with appropriate certificate. Does anyone have already had similar problems? Anyone has a solution?
Thanks!
I think more information will be needed to help diagnose the problem.

What specifically is failing?

How does it compare to previous tunes?
We have a 6530. Presume the autotune is pretty similar.
Autotune can be fussy! What peak intensities do you have?
They should all be between 10,000 and 1,000,000 or thereabouts.
Does the spectrum look "clean" ? Lots of contaminants or degraded tune mix can cause it to fail.
Are you just doing "Check Tune" ? Have you tried "Standard Tune" ? If that fails try "Initial Tune" but make sure you have a good supply of calibrant!
If an initial tune does not pass, and the tune solution looks OK then something is wrong with the instrument- but that could be anything!,

Good Luck
Well recently we have some serious issues with the instrument.

We have a very bad linearity, therefore the deviance between the same standard runs are so bad that we couldn't give any reliable results. We have 0,02 ug/ml, 0,05, and 0,1 standard concentrations. Some of the measurable components are good, with linearity and all, but some have 0,81 R value, and some have in minus (first two have almost bigger response value). We had the annual maintenance, and 40 samples with some of the worst matrix before this. We've excluded coloumn failure, because we have same problems with a brand new coloumn. Check tune fails in both modes (positive, negative), and autotune have two error messages: 'Adjust Mass Axis failed: Delta is outside the tolerance level'
'Diverter Valve set to MS during tune. Process will abort

And the ramp parameters are outside the limit, the base cell accel V option is 0 to 8 by 0,2 , and now is 40 to 400.

Anyone have suggestions?
