Robert Adams has published an EI mass spectral library containing spectra of 2,205 compounds. This library originally did not have structures in an electronic format.

It now does. It is available for use with the NIST MS Search Program from Diablo Analytical in Antioch, CA 94531. Diablo has a free PDF of all the spectra with structure drawings.

There are compounds in this library that are not in the NIST 17 Library nor FFNSC3 (Later edition that the one you have
