Can anybody advise me how to connect the cables of Micromass QTOF Ultima API to the embedded computer (EPC) board. The board is TTP-20221-ATOM. There are two co-axial cables, one from preamplifier of the MCP detector and another from "PUSHER SYNC". On the board there are three co-axial sockets. The middle one is plugged, but the other two are not labeled and are the same, so I am not sure which cable goes where.

Thank you very much!
Coax from preamp goes to TDC input. Coax from pusher goes to TDC trigger. The trigger connector is usually the outer bnc plug.

Thanks a lot, mhr311. Below is a link to a picture of the back of the EPC. The bnc sockets are labeled with 1 and 2. Can you point which one might be the trigger connector?

Thanks again!
