Hi all,

We have a Parker Balston NitroFlow60NA that's a couple years old now. We have been doing maintenance on many parts recently in an attempt to fix either a leak or something that's not allowing the system to pressurize past 100 psi. I hope someone here has experience with one of these nitrogen generators and can offer some help. We've already ruled out the compressor side of the unit per troubleshooting guidance, so we're trying now to diagnose the generator portion, but not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,

Christian

We had one of the smaller units and it developed a leak in the slide valve that vents excess pressure when it is turned off, so it was partially venting when it should be generating nitrogen, the only way to get full pressure was to reduce the purity. I was able to insert a plug in the outlet as a fix until I could get it replaced. That may be a place to start looking if yours is plumbed the same way.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
