Hi,
I have to separate two peaks at LC Side for LC/Ms-Ms analysis. Can I quantify overlapping two peaks?

Thanks

If the two peaks have unique parent:daughter transition masses then if they co-elute you can still quantify them. If they are isomers with the same transition masses then you need to separate.
