Has anyone had problems with MarkerView v 1.2.1. not assigning charge states when that option is selected? According to the reference and user manuals, v.1.2.1 (and higher, I'm assuming) automatically assigns charge states and monoisotope/isotope designations, if possible, to aligned features. I get isotope group designations but no charge state (the column does not exist in the resulting data table).
I'm aligning .wiff files from an ABSciex TripleTOF 5600+, Assign Charge States is checked in the Peak Finding Options window.
