From specs on instruments Waters and Thermo are equal and very close on price. Does anyone have experience on these instruments about performance, cleaning, or software that set one apart form the other?

I am sorry to say that this question will give you no usable answer as it is extremely subjective!
What is best? ketchup or mayonnaise for fires?? Very subjective!
Only thing I can say is the first version of the platform Quantis is based on was very buggy!! Endures and Quantivas were a nightmare.. How the new systems are I don't know..
