Siloxane analysis by Thermal Desorption GC-MS

Hello,
I am looking for forum advice on the optimum operating conditions for trace siloxane analysis by Thermal Desorption GC-MS while minimizing the problems of memory effects.
Instrumentation
Gerstel TDS 2 with tenax filled tube
CIS 4 cryo-cooled injector with tenax ta liner
Agilent 6890n GC, 5975C
Any advice would be greatly appreciated on this challenging analysis.
