Hi all
When I translate a SIM data file from chemstation to masshunter I can't extract my TIC chromatogram (in SIM mode) to it's SIM ions (by masshunter qualitative software). Actually, only ions in the first segment (group) are listed in the extraction windows and the ions in other time segments (groups) are not presesent.
Also, in TIC chromatogram, all peaks are labeled as time segment 1, whereas I have 6 time segments in my aquisition method.

Any help?
I have seen the same thing before. It's a bug - the data is there. Just use EIC instead of SIM when you extract chromatograms and type in all the masses with commas in between.
