Exactive vacuum is down. Thermo technician said it is turbo pump failure.

anyone know any third party service contract in northeast region for the repair? try to compare to thermo service.

We have used Full Spectrum Analytics twice for turbo pump rebuilding. I use the Denver and West coast facilities but they are all over the US.

If you have an Agilent 5973MS, you should check the Turbo Pump and electronics drawer cooling fans. If either of those are faulty, the system will shut down and that can seem like a turbo pump failure.
