MS oil contamination?

Thank you. I'll let you know after I change the rough pump oil.

Changing diffusion pump oil and cleaning the pump did not change anything on the autotune.
Wiped the analyzer chamber again with Methylene Chloride. Still no change.

Changing out the rough pump vacuum hose and convectron gauge did the trick. The gauge had too much oil to clean out with solvent which I have done in the past.

I had a backstreaming incident as well. I cleaned everything multiple times: hexane, ipa, 1nhcl, water, lcms water, ipa, meoh. My signal is too low. Can anyone help pinpoint my issue?
