We have problem in EMV producer
Did you change this high voltage?
For our case its voltage is exact yours.
It's output is zero when we start run.
I know pin numbers
Pin 6-7 are GND
PIN5 is +24 volt
PIN4 - is EMV monitor
PIN3 -is EMV control( main board give a voltage between 0-5 V to this pin)
Pin2- is EMV fault
Pin1 - unknown for me.
Double check that there is liquid PFTBA in the resevoir.
