The standard tune doesn't provide with proper ion ratios and general suitability for NIST libraries identification.

Any ideas on how to tune this triple quadrupole gc-ms for optimum library identification compatibility?
Please check the alignment of the GC column in the ion source. I ran into a same problem after using a not carefully adjusted capillary column.
Good luck.
