Hi,

I am fairly new to LCMS and am doing pesticides analysis. I have been getting hits for some analytes with 58% concentration and a good peak shape but the confirming peak has double the concentration (130%). Does someone know why this could be?
Are these in samples compared to the standards?
Do you have something coeluting that contributes to the qualifier response?
Is it predictable or random?
