I think I remember using MeOH at the beginning but didn't notice a big difference.
Having said that, I am using a Dual ionisation DUIS. Do you think the DUIS APCI with ACN is the problem? Shimadzu online said not to use ACN with APCI, but the Shimadzu application specialist said it wasn't a big deal...
