I've been having problems with my HPLC-ICP-MS set-up! Everything seems to work normally, except when the run begins there is no chromatogram signal or counts for any of elements (internal standards and analytes) in the real-time display in Masshunter. When I abort the run (although if left alone, it will just continue through the sample list like this) I get these error messages:

"LC/GC module(s) caused the following error.
Check configuration of each devices, methods and hardware.

Errors;
G7129B:DEBA902424 - Starting analysis aborted via CAN
LC/GC module(s) caused the following error.
Check configuration of each devices, methods and hardware.

Errors;
G7130A:DEBA902424 - Starting analysis aborted via CAN"

(G7129B is the autosampler module of the HPLC and G7130 is the pump/column compartment)

There is no problem with the detector as I can see counts when tuning the ICP, and there are no blockages or issues with the HPLC column, sample line to the ICPMS and sample introduction parts, so from what I can tell it is a hardware issue. I have tried using an older Masshunter batch file that worked before in-case it was a problem with the new batch I had created, but that didn't work either. Does anyone know how to fix this?
