Strange Baseline Shifting on GC-MS

Running an Agilent 7890A and 5975C MSD. Have been having this unusual noise since column maintenance was performed and other times in the past. Air/water check looked fine, column has a Agilent union connection to link two columns. Some runs have none of this noise, others have it for the majority of the run. The background ions in the noise don't appear unusual, just regular background.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

What's the spectrum of that noise? Look at the answer by James_Ball in very strange GCMS baseline, maybe you're having the same problem.
