Can somebody please help with the acequinocyl (Mw 384) and acequinocyl-hydroxy (Mw 342) LC-ESI-MS/MS analysis? I am battling with the parent (acequinocyl) on a Shimadzu 8050.

Is it possible to have them analysed in one method? Preferably LC-ESI-MS/MS.
Can you spell “Google”?
More info than you can imagine...!
You need to reduce the source temperatures, like DL 175°C, Heat block 250°C - you'll have to find out the interface temp yourself, I used a 8040 without source heater. You might even turn it off.
Works down to ~1µg/L concentration.
I didn't try the hydroxy.
