We have Agilent 6210 TOF (G1969A) mass in our lab but unfortunately its internal hard disk drive has been burned so we need someone send us an image from the hard disk to restore it on new hard disk. Image (backup) creation can be easily done by backup creation softwares like Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost. I be very thankful if someone can help us to rescue the instrument.
Many thanks.

"we need someone send us an image from the hard disk to restore it on new hard disk." An illogical request.

An image file will not help you as the correct original image file would have to have been created by YOU from YOUR hard drive after installation. Once the ChemStation software is installed on the hard drive, it is custom configured with all of your system's specific configurations, registry entries and files (which will not match anyone's system). That is why you create a backup image file right after install (so when the system crashes or you need to replicate it, you can). *No one can provide you with a copy of the software AFTER it has been installed on your computer except the person who made a backup copy of it after installation.

If you are requesting a copy of the original software, then that is subject to copyright and illegal to provide as it is licensed software. You can purchase a copy of the software from the manufacturer directly, Agilent.
