Hello,

I have two isomers in equilibrium and I have to quantify them together. I do not have the reference standard for each isomer, so I put the peak ares together in TargetLynx (using the "Totals group" option) and it worked, but it does not neither make the calibration curve with the sum of the responses nor calculate the residuals. Any suggestion of how to do this without end up doing manually in excel?

Best!
Hi,

There exists a video from Waters that describes the process, however I am unsure whether I would be allowed to spread it. Just contact your Waters local people and they should help you.
Thank you!. I have sent the question to Waters.
