I'm using a 6890/5973, and my general procedure has been to use BFB target tune and then evaluate by injecting BFB. I'm also using G1701EA(E.02.02)
I'm most familiar with Enhanced Data Analysis, so that's what I've mostly been using. When I first started doing this, the only way I could figure out to see if I was meeting BFB tune criteria(I almost always do-I just have one ion that I'm drawing a blank on at this moment-maybe 94?-that sometimes drifts a tiny bit outside the criteria) was to get the peak height report for the BFB peak in the chromatogram. I set up a spreadsheet that I could plug the absolute values and it would calculate the relative abundances for me-tedious but it worked.
At one point I switched over to Enviroquant, and was actually thrilled to find that I could pull up a chromatogram with a BFB peak and it would spit out a tune report based on whatever criteria I specified(single point, 3 peak average, etc).
I'm a LOT more comfortable with the quantitation tools and overall operation in Enhanced Data Analysis, so have been doing most of my work in there.
The auto evaluation of BFB doesn't seem to exist here though. Is it missing, or just hidden somewhere I can't find it?
