Dear Colleagues!
The instructions for the GC says that carbon dioxide cannot be run into this column (6Ft Molecular Sieve 5A 60/80 mesh). Who knows why? If he got there, how to drive him out? Temperature, time?
I would be grateful for the answer
Well, over 30 years since I last used a molecular sieve GC column. But I remember that molecular sieve absorbs carbon dioxide.

I think higher heat while helium is flowing can force carbon dioxide and water off, check with supplier.
Thank you very much for the reply
