service manual for CP-4900

I am looking for some spare parts for our microGC CP4900(Varian) and it would be really nice to have the information that would typically be contained in a Service Manual. If anyone has access to one, I would very much appreciate it.

i searched many times in internet but no luck. i hope some one have that because it is old document related to Varian
