1:9 carrier flow splitter

A friend of mine is splitting his flow from a reactor at a 1:9 ratio and has an old hp 5890 (ii) gc. He says he is out of business because the splitter is in ill reair and has been discontinued. Might someone know of this splitter and who might sell it?
