Mass detector detection limit for sulfur compound

I need to know for a gaseous sulfur compound what is the minimum detection limit which we can find out by mass detector in GC.
Basically i have GC mass (agilent 5975 and agilent 5977)and i need to know " it is possible that H2S/COS/SO2 at the level of 500ppb or up to 1 ppm we can get the mass spectrum by GC mass.
What precautions needs to analyze these compounds on GC mass.
