Hi
I have a standard mix gas contain: CO2 10.2 ppm CO 2.3ppm in nitrogen
I injected this STD two month ago and it's peak size was normal, today I inject this STD again but the peak sizes was abnormal, peak size of CO2 was so decrease, this problem is about the mix gas, but i dont know why this happened?
i analysis bay gas chromatography with FID detector and methanaizer
Did the CO peak also drop off in sensitivity? If the answer is 'Yes', then I would suspect the nickel catalyst.

Gasman
The answer is NO, CO peak size was the same, just CO2 changed
How are you injecting? Like Gasman, I would suspect methanizer before standard.

Best regards,

AICMM
