I performed an RTL lock. Locked a 40m column to mannitol. I come back next week to find mannitol isnt eluting at 21.5 anymore. What could be an issue? Leaks?

Hi, when do you observe the peak eluting? Earlier or later? What was the original RT and the new RT?
The RT should be quite stable and only need to be relocked after significant column trimming is performed. It is possible you have a leak, if you do an air and water check do you see any problem?
