7890A GC HANGS DURING SELF TEST

Agilant 7890 GC ( Firmware 4.18) hangs during self test, It is not going to "Power on Successful" , It stops with display in line " Unicode = Unicode", Anybody faced such issue? and what could be the reason for this error? How can rectify this issue?
