Dear friends,
I need to repeat a developed method in GC which used Ne (I use N2 as carrier gas). The issured chromatogram is given by MSD so I want to utilize it as reference to qualify my separation. How can I determine my N2 flow to get the similare retention with the issured chromatogram?
