This message is for anyone out there who can give me advice. I have a very limited experience with GC's. I need to analyze samples that will contain high amounts of hydrogen (60%) carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and possibly hydrogen sulfide. Are there any good products out there designed for this? I am planning on using helium as a carrier gas.

Packed or micropacked columns using porous polymer supports and NITROGEN carrier with a TCD.
Argon carrier is an option.
OR you can use a pulsed Helium Ionization detector (see Valco and Gowmac) with Helium carrier.
Valved loop injection is recommended.
