gas analysis by shimadsu QP-2010 GC-MS

Hi. I wanna analyze gases which are produced after NH3 decomposition reaction. the product includes NH3, N2, H2, Ar. so I want to calculate conversion from GC-MS data. unfortunately we don't have GC with detector. so I wanna do it by GC-MS. so dose anyone know how to analyze those gases with GC-MS with internal standard method ?
