Hello,

I'm currently trying to work this out with a PE service engineer, but also wanted to see if anyone here had any insight.

We have two separate systems, one with a TCD and the other with FID.

The TCD was working a couple weeks ago, but when we fired it up the other day to do our routine calibration check, the voltage seems to stabilize on the high side at 70 mV (manual calls for 0 - 20 mV). Usually we are able to tune the voltage as we like using the potentiometer, but the lowest we can get it is the 70 mV I mentioned.

For the other problem, one of the FIDs on the other system is giving me a negative voltage (-0.7 mV) instead of the normal ≥ 0.01 mV that it usually does.

Anyone have experience with PE systems and these types of problems that is able to provide any insight?

Thanks in advance,

Vince
