I'm running 2 Varian CP-3800 GCs with Front TCDs and Middle FIDs. We analyze natural gas directly from wells and gas plants.

This may sound a little desperate but, I've searched through Google, Bing, and Youtube for any form of picture/diagram/illustration that shows the interior of a Varian CP-3800 GC and I keep coming up empty. Except for Ebay, which is little help because there are no descriptors.

I realize that most of these machines are put together a little different depending on what they're analyzing but I have been hoping pictures of the general layout exist so I can know before I open mine (they run constantly, downtime must be minimized) where to look for filters and other parts that should be replaced during cleaning/general maintenance. The manual is very helpful in describing things but not really where they are.

I understand that this may seem like a simple thing to some but, I "inherited" these machines from someone who retired early before he could complete my training. I have a little time this week but will be slammed the rest of the month.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
Have at internt sites a CP-3800 GC Getting Started Manual (PDF). Search on google.

Kind regards
