Hello,
We got a brand new column for our dioxin lab - a CP-SIL-88 dioxin (50m x 0,25mm x 0,2 µm). But compared to our old column (HP5MS-UI) the intensity of HpCDF and OCDF are dramatically decreased.
Has anyone of you a established method with this column?

I am using a flow (He) of 1,2 ml/min and a temperature of 240°. The detector is a Agilent 7010B MSMS.

Thanks in advance!
Does the old and the new column have the same dimensions? Are the peaks more broad now?
