Permeation Gases in Hydrogen

I need to analyze permeation gases ( N2, O2, CO, CO2, CH4) in Hydrogen, I have a TCD, two valves, Dean switch, Mol sieves and Poraplot Q columns. How can I organize flows in such a system?
