I have an issue with a GC perkin elmer. Suddenly apprears the error "Unkonown Instrument". The problem with this GC clarus 580 is that while i did Disconnect and again configuration it can work normally. However, when i close the instrument and open it again, the message ‘ Unknown Istrument’ reappears......
