Peak integration

Hi,
Recently we started working on the new Perkin Elmer gas chromatograph Clarus 590, after setting all sequence and calibration methods and getting very nice results from control trials - a problem began in production trials.
I study hexane isomers on it with the internal standard which is n-heptane. The highest peak that integrates is 30ppm - everything below is inintegrable for device. I used the option in the graphic editor to choose the necessary parameters himself, but it did not help.
Could you help me with that?
