Hello

I am starting batch on Agilent brand G1888 headspace system and 8890 headspace gas chromatography systems. Although the system has the same column and gas, we start the system after a different batch with a different method. But the latest batch system we made does not receive. How can we fix this problem? What should we pay attention to in order for systems to start one after another? We do not have any problems with Hplc devices, but we encounter such a problem in the gas chromatography device. We use Empower 3.
Could be a timeout between methods if the parameters are too different? Possibly the software will only wait x amount of minutes for instrument to be ready, if not it aborts? Maybe a shutdown macro was added to the first sequence?
