Replacement column for Triethanolamine analysis

Hi
we are using GC system with 2channels (FID , TCD).
for the amine channel we use hysepT column which does not support temperatures more than 165 C. for Triethanolamine analysis with boiling point about 335 C, we assume that it wont go to the gaseous phase in 165 C. could you please suggest another column for this purpose.

I always made trimethylsilyl esters of triethanolamine and used a non-polar capillary.
We use Raman quantification technology (SERS) from % level down to ppm, ppb
